I have to stop eating out so much too! I'm just so lazy and do not enjoy cooking at all. It's easier to go out. But not so great on the wallet and diet lol

I'm a picky eater!! I've gotten a lot better from when I was a kid but I just don't enjoy most veggies and fruits. It's not necessarily the taste but I don't like the texture. Not many tips other than I try and mix my veggies into other parts of my meal I like (such a kid thing to do I know lol)

My disability affects most of my joints. So they've already got enough issues without the extra weight haha. I definitely need to lose 20-30 lbs to help with the pain in my hips when I walk. It's just so easy to gain it and so painstakingly slow to lose it. This app is how I originally lost 20 lbs for my friends wedding…

I have the same problem!! All through college i constantly said I was going to lose the weight I kept gaining but never really did much to change my habits. When your school is rated as having one of the top meal plans in the country, self control is hard hahaha. Then this past June my best friend got married and I lost 18…

I have this problem at least twice a week. Due to a physical disability I have, I actually only have half the muscle mass of a typical person. So my doctors always told me I don't actually need the typical number of calories as the average person. Kind of a pain since all these "measurements," such as calories per day or…

Hey! I'm also 23. That's such an awful thing for your friend to say :(. I started on this app in January and lost about 18 lbs by June for my friend's wedding. Then I lost my motivation. Put a couple lbs back on and just recently started back up this week! Now using my family's Costa Rica trip in December as motivation.…

I'm nearing the end of my third week on here! I'm trying to lose at least 20 lbs before my best friends wedding in june. and then another 10 after for a total of 30 pounds. Just graduated from college and cant believe I've gained so much in those 4 years. Trying to learn new healthier habits and always welcome new friends…

Hey Candace! Like you I was in the average range for most my life. Def jump on it now! I hit the upper range of normal for my height at 120 and then gained 20 more pounds on top of it. apparently I didn't make good choices on the meal plan haha. Now I'm graduated and trying to get back down to my pre-college weight by…

I'm all about the sparkling water and seltzer. I use it as a substitute for soda.

I'm jealous! I graduated Spring of 2014. I'm back home in Richmond for the year saving money while applying to grad school. Could end up back there in the fall! haha. HOKIES

I'm 23 at 140 with a goal weight of 110 and could certainly use someone to yell at me to workout! haha. Feel free to add me!

I've never done it myself but my best friend is obsessed with it. I've seen her do it at different stages. When she first started she couldn't always complete the workout. She'd stop for a second and then jump back in as soon as she could. Now, she keeps up with them all and always gets the most recent insanity right away…

Hey! I recently graduated from Virginia Tech. Every year I put on 5-10 pounds. I totally understand the struggle of losing/maintaining your weight in college. I started at 110 and am now up to 140. Always said I would lose it but never committed. Now that I'm away from the meal plan I feel like I can truly commit haha. My…
