Lvl 1 day 4- today I can walk without looking like I just gave birth, but the muscles in my lower legs are on fire during the cv parts of the work out. Real sharp burning pains. Anyone else??

Ooh, can I join you?? I'm on day two level 1. I tried it last summer just after my baby was born and could barely finish despite lots of rests! Can't believe how much my fitness has changed now. I actually find it very achievable and not all that challenging. I am really sore today though!!
