  • excellent! Keto is a lifestyle, not a diet. Like yourself, 3+ years in, being fat adapted, my ketone numbers don’t get too high. My carbs are 25>50/ day. As a senior citizen, my protein is @ my lean body mass, (156) grams. Pure Allulose, not the blend, mitigates my minimal carbs, such as in sola bread. ODAT.😉
