I'd like to join! I desperately need to lose for health reasons...high blood pressure, pre-diabetes, and we just found out I have a benign pancreatic tumor. All of which I can attribute to obesity and alcohol abuse. I'll be having surgery to remove the tumor soon, but will have to rely on nutrition to get my weight down…
