  • Peel (or not), cube into about 1" pieces, toss with a little grapeseed oil, splenda brown sugar, sprinkle blacj pepper. Bake in casserole dish or pie plate at 400 til tender (depends on how big chunks are)....about 25 min. Awesome!
  • Jello, sugar free /fat free Cook & Serve pudding with skim milk.....you can even add Cool Whip Free. The cook & serve takes a few extra minutes but it is SO much more of a rich chocolate taste. A great treat for after dinner or whenever you are craving chocolate!
