Some of my wotkouts today synced frpm MMF to MFPal,others have not yet.this happened about a week ago and it resolved itself. It is hit and miss.

I poo poo'd my RLS for a long time.I could not find pattern - work out harder?easier? More iron,? Magnesium? Finally asked the doctor and my prescription is awesome with no side affects.Natural and supplements are great if they work,but there is definitely a place for prescription medication

Find a shop that is very accepting of beginners as you should have lots of questions. When I was starting and shopping more than one made me feel I was stupid and not worth their time if wasn't spending big bucks. A good shop wants you to get hooked on biking at right entry-level with the hope you will eventually upgrade

I swim laps, freestyle/crawl, 1 mile about 50 minutes..i use zoomers swim fins. I HAVE to have my swim radio- tunes make me swim faster.
