I watch everything I ingest and have been cutting back big time on carbs. 75g-100g per day. I also run at least 3 times a week and do strength excersizes

thank you!! I have been watching everything I eat and drink. Keeping my carbs around 75g-100g per day. I run on my treadmill at least 3 times a week, when I don't, I do strength excersizes (arms, abs, legs, ect.)

Thank you all! I definitely feel different. Clothes are fitting a little nicer. I think I will just have to take a break from the scale to stay motivated.
