I can totally relate to the soreness! for stretching i use the lolo stretching app. its really awesome. Easy to follow, counts down and targets whatever area i need for running or whatever. I highly recommend it!

Yes, i agree this weather in Ma. is crazy. I'm in Chelmsford, its sooooo cold and so much snow its hard to want to do anything. My treadmill is saving me but thats about the only exercise i get besides running around with my daughter. Good for you doing an hour of cardio a day! Thats alot!

i did a 5k Runner app on my iphone. it was great. you walk a little, run a little and it builds up over time. I ended up doing a half marathon aftr that. Anytime i get out of shape i just start over on that app
