  • Your calories may be too low. At 228, you should probably be eating closer to 2000 calories. It’s a light deficit from a maintenance target, but not so low to make you hungry or drag. Also, check your water and protein intake. Dehydration, especially in the summer will cause that feeling. And protein takes longer to break…

  • I'm starting the book again - I usually only get so far, but I thought I'd like to post my understanding and other things daily to help me, and maybe have some company along the way.

  • I didn’t eat sitting 100%, but I recognized very time I didn’t and by the end of the day was doing bett than the beg of the day. I did read my why’s several times.

  • Good evening, have had the app and been so so on tracking and reading the articles for 9 years. Just starting to look beyond the dashboard. I’m tired of failing to take care of myself. I’m currently on summer vacation, but school starts back in 3 q 1/2 weeks, so I’d like to be consistent by then.
