weigh in Khadl07 282.4 I gained. I blame this due to doing keto and not being happy with the strict limits. I couldn't have a normal BMI until yesterday. Back to eating balanced and down 5 lbs from where I was last Friday. So a gain, but also a loss. Here's to the 70s next week!!

Wednesday weigh in today's weight was 281.0 not much of a loss but I'll take it. I celebrated vday this weekend and gained some..so now I'm back in it.

Okay here we are! Starting weight: 287 Goal for February is 275 Goal by May: 250 What I am doing this month: Personal trainer 30 mins 3x a week. Low carb diet MORE water! 100 oz a day is my goal. Logging all meals every day and joining the mini challenge.

@HASWLRS so sorry. I need to change my weigh day to Wednesday. I've joined a challenge in my town and that's my weigh day so it would be much easier to keep track. Currently I'm weighing 287.6!! I don't remember the last weight I've posted.

Okay last week (week 4 of Dec.) - 293.6 still doing okay not losing much or gaining but I'm back on the straight and narrow today!! We are going on week of sickness which is sinuses so nothing smells good...its hard to eat healthy. We will do it this week!!

Forgot what I was last week...this past Friday I was 294. I went up due to eating poorly, no exercise all because I've been sick and super fatigued. Will be back on track this week.

I've been enjoying food this past week. Back on track today - down to 296.6 from 299 at one point this weekend!! Feeling good! Water is tasting sooo good but I've been fighting a headache all day. Maybe because I'm low in a nutrient? Idk I'm happy and friends with the scale today! Back on the straight and narrow!
