Take progress pictures....Counting lbs lost isn't always best, as we all know muscle weighs more that fat. Take pictures to document your body changing shape, you probably won't notice the changes day to day.

I got USA Pro 3/4 lengths from Sports Direct, they are matte grey and aren't see through (even when squatting) AND they were only £8.99!!
