  • I'm feeling good, leg cramps are my biggest issue. I keep slipping into ketosis without realizing it (lchf but not really shooting for ketosis) and I get the worst leg cramps. A cup of salty butter broth fixes it quickly.
  • I love the FitBit One. I've also had the Flex and Charge. Flex was decently accurate but the Charge over-counted my steps consistently by about 25%.   • Yesterday I tried plain greek yogurt with a scoop of vanilla grass-fed whey protein (Tera's) mixed into it...high protein, pretty low carb and really delicious and filling!
