Great job!!!! My weakness is diet pepsi so kudos for you going soda free. I wish I could do that. Just started back last week with MFP and looking forward to becoming healthier too.

I too find myself alone in my journey to become healthier, so I understand how you feel. My husband said he'd workout with me but never does.

I understand, consistency has always been the key failing point for my progress. I'll be Gung hoe for a week then fall off the wagon:( I like the words "lifestyle change" and yes, I'm back on the horse again!!!!!!! Lol

Right there with you. I can find all kinds of excuses to not do what I'm suppose to. I'm a nurse and should be a good healthy role model. We'll I'm not, yet. But trying to become healthier one day at a time.
