I'm starting week six of C25k. It is tough at times, but it's totally worth it. There have been weeks in the program that I thought I did not think I was ready for and I was surprised when I was able to push through. Just take it one step at a time and don't underestimate your progress.

I'm an overweight running newbie. Having a running buddy helps, but since we've started we've noticed that most people are cheering us on instead of tearing us down. Running is something a lot of people can't do overweight or not and good people respect anyone who is trying.

I'm 5' 2" looking to lose 40lbs. I've taken up running as a hobby with the C25k app. I'm using these stubby little legs as far as I can run with them. :smiley:
