30 minutes cardio with 10 minutes strength today wt-191lbs. Just 0.5 lbs weightloss I am calorie deficit of 1750 cals last week. Using a HRM I noted that doing strength, climbing stairs gave me like a 65 calorie burn for 13minutes while treadmill at about 3.7mph and 3 % incline was 90-100 cals.

Slacked a bit but back again. Week 1 - did 50 minutes of cardio/ strength walking water definetly 16 oz atleast 4 bottles daily.Sugar less stopping all the sweetened coffee drinks.
