I'll second Greek yogurt and protein shakes. A lot of what these people are listing is less than 15% protein which doesn't help you. Try introducing cardio into your routine. Specifically hiit if your up for it. 20-30 second sprints with 60 second rest on the treadmill or elliptical to start for 10-20 min.
