A tattoo for me, as well! I'm getting a thigh piece I've wanted for over a year but was just insecure about. Its hard putting it off now, because I've lost 15 pounds (still got 15ish to go) and my legs look soooooo awesome, but I will wait until I reach my goal :)

Don't forget to drink a lot of liquids, dehydrating your body messes with immune system functioning. Make some tea, or just make sure to drink lots of extra water

Dude, my partner has a much faster metabolism than me and loves to eat. He is so great and sweet, but it is so hard not to eat what/when he eats. It takes time and practice, don't give up though! You can do it :) Ask for his support and help!

Coffee brewed at home with flavored (low fat/sugar free) creamer- a lot of creamers come in flavors like peppermint mocha or vanilla/hazelnut etc. However, I've weaned off this to just regular coffee with milk. I'm at the end of my college career, but I completely understand the struggle. Putting a bunch of time and energy into school makes it feel very tough to make time for other things like exercise and healthy eating- but we can make it work :)
