  • I dont have a Meal Names in my Diary Settings on my phone app. ALSO, is there a way to rename a food in my diary that was entered via web lookup? I hate the way some foods are named. Cant find in sort order.

  • I think sleep apnea is a good guess. I recently came across something I'm just starting to play with, 4-7-8 breathing - google it.
