better off not logging exercise or sticking to your calorie goal b4 logging exercise.....or eat your bmr daily..........

breakfast,lunch and light dinner, i prefer bigger meals, makes me more happy........plus I can intake more calories than the normal person because I fast 3 days a week and those take in zero calorie.....so I enjoy it when I eat

I do 36hr fasting every other day.....dropping pounds like crazy!........fast are easy because i know i'm not getting any calories lol

0 carbs high fat..........you want 2 lose weight....bacon,eggs and loads of butter

if you only want to lose 30lbs....you should have your goal at 1.5 or 1lb a week and if you're working out 3 times a week, you should be eating at least 1400 and there are better calculators than mfp, you can always get your number and then change it on here manually...

nothing wrong eating one meal a day, as long as you get enough calories. when you're fasting 18-24hrs you can drop a lot of weight. If you do 24hrs, the next day I would do 18-20 and then alternate it......doing 24 everyday is tough.
