Wow, congratulations! What is normal in weight loss is different from person to person. I'm not sure that 19 pounds in a month is typical, but it does happen. Make sure you are making healthy choices and keep up the good work.

I generally don't eat my exercise calories back, because there is no reason to. That being said there are days I enjoy the extra calories because I am out with friends or I am just hungrier. It is really just a preference thing, studies tend to say it makes little difference.

I generally eat three meals a day. If I am hungry I have a snack in between. This works for me, but it took a long time to discover what foods kept me satisfied.

I would like to join you. At my highest weight I was 220. I am now 178, and 5'1". I need to lose 50, but plan on just focusing on the first 10. I have started walking to help things along.
