  • 10 lbs a month is a little over 2 lbs a week. A healthy amount is about a pound per week. I am feeling the same as you are. I could easily lose 50 lbs and be right around my goal weight, and even better if it was by summer!!   • I would really like to lose weight. I don't have a specific goal for the time summer rolls around, but I do want to see a difference in my body to give me the motivation to keep going. I currently don't have any friends on here and would love to have someone to talk to that is trying to accomplish similar goals
