Mid December a guy at work who I didn't know for too long noticed I've been putting on weight, I hopped on a scale and saw he was very much right, started cutting down how much I ate and after loosing 15 I knew I would need help to get down to something healthy so I turned to MFP and bought a step tracker to keep me moving.

Congrats Flora! Italian, I have a similar issues with late night eating and I find prep work helps, I don't really make anything fancy I have chicken, rice and some greens always ready to warm up and eat so if I feel I need more then at least I am eating something good for me. Just got over my goal so I'm looking forward to getting down to business this week 1. Continue logging on MFP 2. No stimulants after noon 3. get 5000 steps in before breakfast 4. complete the 10,000 steps goal daily 5. prepare my meals for work the night before
