I think it depends where you are and when. I run on a trail in an urban area. If it's really early morning and mostly empty, people tend to say "good morning" or "good job" to me (I'm usually so in the zone I don't notice them until they say it). I have never had trouble with belly fat until I just turned 30 and BAM! It seemed like overnight I formed a huge belly! I generally store my extra weight in my thighs and behind but now I've been asked if I'm pregnant (I'm not). Also seeking advice on this (and lending WileySmiley some solidarity!)
