You can do it! I'm at 213 right now and I'm 5'7". I'd be happy with another 30 lb loss but right now I'm focusing on sculpting my body and not killing myself over a number on the scale. It's a great tool to know where I am and I'll continue to weigh myself but for now, I'll keep track of my calories and keep logging on…

no but I did lose 49 in the last 6 months. The rest of it happened before I joined this community. I exercise and I eat right. Nothing drastic, just commitment!
