Sorry above should say that Sunday is our weekly re-ward day not report day. My husband is doing the carb cycling with me is is a little different than mine but he is also done very well with this and he was a sugar maniac before and no longer is!

I am grateful for my Personal Trainer who is now also a good friend. And that because of her I will begin my journey to become a personal Trainer. I am 61 yrs old and I can do anything and can't wait to show others they can too!! I am so grateful for my family and how close we are

T25 Beta Ripped. Walk in cold and snow. Will Spin for 30 min yet tonight too

Did everything but surprise surprise my carbs/ sugars. Tomorrow will b better. I did T25 Beta ripped and walked out I cold and snow. And will spin for min of 30 min tonight too. Expecting more snow I guess so may need to exercise at home again

I would like to join. My issue is good specifically sweets and bad carbs. Just for 1/12/15 I will keep my carbs , cal and sugar in my goal range Get my 30 min of exercise in: spin or T 25 as weather is bad and won't b getting to gym. Plan my dinner

I just ordered the program yesterday so should stat by end of week. I wish I knew I could have just ordered the containers and meal plan as I do plenty of exercise including weight training with a personal trainer. Food is my issue ! Please add me pto group
