  • I make a smoothie with unsweetened almond milk, whole banana, vanilla yogurt and PB2 peanut butter. I add a little Splenda if it's not sweet enough. Sooo good!
  • 6 pork chops with 1 can of beer medium onion sliced into rings and 1.5 cups Bbq sauce. Add all to sauce pan cook on medium heat till liquid is reduced and thick.
  • Apple slices and 2 TBLS of PB2 is a great snack. If not sure what PB2 is its a powder peanut butter that you can add water to and make peanut butter. I add it to my peanut butter and banana smoothies. In my store (Walmart) it's with the peanut butter.
  • I make a peanut butter banana smoothie that's filling and oh so yummy! In my ninja I add...... 2 cups silk almond milk unsweetened 1/2 cup dannan vanilla yogurt 1 whole medium banana 2Tbls of PB2 ( powder peanut butter) 2 pks Splenda or your choice of sweetner 1 tsp vanilla Blend till smooth and Enjoy Calories 260
