Fine tuning the right calories for your goal is, in my experience, a matter of trial and error. Moving from 1,450 to 1,590 is a very reasonable increase. Just pay attention to your weight and measurements over the next few weeks and use that feedback to determine if you should stay at that level, increase or decrease.

Fitnotes allows you to enter your workouts before, during or after. You select the date and go crazy. I find that fitnotes is not great at reflecting supersets, rest periods or tempo.

Choose "copy previous workout" to pick out the workout that is most similar to the one you're doing today. Select each exercise, adjust weights and reps as appropriate. I used to use the "create new routine" function until I realised that the above method is less time consuming.

Did you conclude that it was a supplement because the manufacturer sells and markets it as a supplement, in accordance with FDA guidelines?
-
The nutritional information about the protein power you're going to take is titled "Supplement Facts" in big bold black letters, but you want to argue that it's not a supplement... Do you think it means that the facts are supplementary to the other facts already provided?

This is the best way to do things.

If hes your brother why dont you post a photo so that we can also see how weird it is?
-
Third photo on this phone is a picture from my balcony after I just moved in. My third most recent photo is a nude. Can't figure out how to post.

The physio will be much more helpful than a doctor would have been (in my experience). Edit: because in my experience doctors (general practicioners, family doctors) tell you to take anti inflammatories and rest, which does nothing for prevention of the same issue arising again.

Why aren't you paying for the trip you want to go on?

http://www.exrx.net/Testing/WeightLifting/StrengthStandards.html Looking at that website I'd conclude that the average woman is expected to be able to squat between 70-80% of her deadlift weight. That's a normal deadlift (not straight leg) and a back squat (not a goblet squat) though. For what its worth, I don't think I…

I used to not be able to deadlift or squat due to a lower back / glute injury. Foam rolling cured me. It definitely hurt like hell for a while, but it feels better over time. These days (years later) it's almost a nice feeling. Stick with it, you won't regret it (eventually).

It sounds like he's flirting (poorly). I'm guessing at his intentions though, if you call him on it I'm sure he'd argue that he's just joking around. I agree with the 1st reply that you should threaten to shoot him in self defence.

I only ever got it tested when I was first thinking about moving from a cut to a bulk, as I was regularly told that I should get my body fat % down to 10-12%. I tested using a combination of BIA, calipers, dexa and strangers on the internet. These days I find the number itself to be almost meaningless because: 1. given the…

It's spelled "voila", it's french!

Oh yeah I get that I'll lose some muscle, what I really hope someone will be able to help with is whether I will lose more muscle by cutting out 2 days of heavy volume and replacing them with lighter olympic drills. Thanks for the tip on not injuring myself.

Added you!

If your mate steve jumped off a bridge would you?

I've had male and female physios. My masseuse is a guy. It doesn't make a difference to me, it's healthcare, same reason I don't care what sex my doctor is. That being said, my physio visits and massages could never be described as feeling good, they all involve some amount of pain, and maybe that influences things.

Yeah but I started a friendship without a sexual motive, what happened after doesn't change that. I am (was) evidence that not all men are dogs.
-
My best friend is a woman, married when we met, and I had no interest in her sexually. Still best friends though.

I got those symptoms after years of using whey protein, worked out it was the whey through an elimination diet. Figure I became allergic. These days i take bcaas at times I previously would have taken whey, might be an alternative for you too.

How flexible are you on the concealed requirement? Is this for every day use, or for when society crumbles?

Good luck! It's important to make sure your position is comfortable! The technicians don't like it when you move, as they have to start the cycle all over again if you do. During my first MRI I started with my arms folded over my chest, which turned out to be a bad idea as they ended up going numb which led to me worrying…

Sounds exciting!

I suffer from patella femoral pain. Mine flares up due to muscle tightness, and I manage it by rolling and stretching religiously (itb, hamstrings, calf, every day). My pain doesn't seem to go away on its own, I need to put in the effort to recover.

There doesn't have to be anything else. You're having trouble gaining because you haven't been eating enough.
-
In my experience, you need to foam roll the hell out of the leg with runners knee. Outside thigh, quads, inside thigh, calf, every part of your leg. Over and over and over again until you hate your foam roller, then continue rolling until you love your foam roller, then even more until you hate it again. Only then will…

You could always just guess.
