Fitnotes is a good option, i don't know how it compares to jefit. I don't think mfp has the same functionality as apps that are designed for recording weights.

I think a better question is why it bothers you/anyone else. If its connected to a gym locker room then some amount of nudity is expected. Is your view that people should "hide their shame"?

Meal prep. Have food prepared to be eaten at regular intervals. It doesnt have to be a 3 course meal. Handful of nuts, muesli bar, some sort of deli meat, super easy and quick
