  • Joining also. Trying to get back on track for the new year and trying to stay upbeat for the new year after a very rough 2016. 8 lbs down in January so am off to at least a decent start on eating healthier and exercising a little.
  • 58 here and starting again too. Kept about 60 lbs off for ten years and all the sudden creeping back on so trying to get back at it.
