  • Why does protein help? I'm curious because I started kickboxing 4 hours a week along with reducing my calories and haven't seen any weight loss. I'm getting stronger but zilch for weight loss.

  • I don't do an entire cheat day, I would eat everything. I just started a kickboxing class (holy kick my butt class) I had perfect attendance these last two weeks so I rewarded myself with a gourmet cupcake. I went over my calories for the day by 100 but it was worth it.
