Thanks! I think I will try to maintain for now and see how I feel after a while. And also try to make lifting fun because I just don't look forward to it right now. I never thought losing the weight would be the "easy" part!

I weigh daily too with fluctuations at most of maybe 3lbs. Sounds more like your scale is the culprit.

I was 145 in December and have dropped to 118 as of now just by calorie deficit. No diets, just eat what I want within my calories. I'm 5'5 and still want to get to around 110 (I think). I have had 3 babies in the past 4 years and am finally shedding all the extra fat!

I have to have a cheeseburger with French fries at least once a week. I'll go an entire day with barely eating so I can fit in my big meal. So I don't see it as a cheat meal since it fits within my calories.☺Sometimes I don't feel too great afterwards.... Worth it. So if its worth it to you than eat your "cheat meal." I…

I had 3 kids within the last 4 years. I was never overweight but I put my body through a lot with those pregnancies. I had my last baby girl 4 months ago. Throughout my last pregnancy I told myself this time will be different and i will get in the best shape of my life after this baby ( I always said that during each…

As long as you feed your baby on demand your body will keep producing milk no matter how many calories you eat. It definitely helps to burn those extra calories by breastfeeding but I don't think you have to eat extra. I am nursing my 4 month old and eat anywhere between 1200-1600 calories depending on the day. I don't…

I just had my 3rd baby 3 months ago and worked hard to get to my pre 3 pregnancies weight. I had 3 babies in 4 years (i am 26 now) and am now in better shape than I was before. Yeah I have some extra stretch marks but my kids are totally worth it. If you truly want to have kids you'd sacrifice your body for it. It'll take…

I am currently breastfeeding my 3rd child. She's 3 months old and the chubbiest little baby! I read an article also about women in 3rd world countries that don't have good nutrion still produce milk good enough for babies. So I experimented when I stared mfp. I have stayed around1500 calories and have NOT seen any…

I am 5'5 started at 145(Dec) and am at 129 now. Mfp had me at 1200 but I'm breastfeeding (3 months old) so I try to say between 1500-1800 calories although I usually am below 1500 and it hasn't affected my milk supply. I don't eat my exercise calories and I've steadily been losing about 2lbs a week. I eat pretty much…

I'm 5'5 and started exercising and counting calories exactly 2 weeks ago. I started at 138 and have steadily lost 2lbs a week. I'm 134 now. I think if I keep doing what I'm doing ill keep losing the same maybe.
