Thank for replying, your right i'm not going as hard as I should. Thats why I feel like I should do more. Not sure if I need a preworkout to help me "MAX OUT" but for some reason I stall :neutral:

hmmmm well I think drinking enough water is the best place to start. It'll help your mood any energy levels. I work about 9 hrs per day, have 3 small children, cook cleaning, laundry and still find time to workout. I make it a point to get my water in though
