I would love to see. Similar goal here, just started last week and lost 10lbs.

I started IF last week. I lost 10lbs. I am still eating 1700 calories a day, with more clean wholesome foods. I feel great and am not even hungry in the morning. I do 16:8 and threw in one eat stop eat. I am going to stick with it.
