I'm having some mental health stuff going on. Add to that holiday craziness, and taking care of stuff for my mom, and I'm a little short on time. I will be posting weigh-ins but may be absent from the conversation until after Christmas.

Pretty sure the weight is just water weight going up and down. I just wish it would settle on down! Trying to at least stick to calories, mostly. With the holiday season and poor planning, it's not always working out.

I am on the new dose of medicine, Seroquel, and gradually stopping the Latuda. I seem to be a bit sleepy in the afternoon, but over all doing well. I'm also less hungry suddenly.

Honestly, I've been shopping since October, grabbing the occasional thing here or there if it's perfect. I shop both in person and online. But mostly the local shopping is for me! We have about a million boutiques in my section of town with nothing that will fit or interest my friends or family. I DID pick up some gifts…

My A1C is in fact lower, it went from close to diabetes in pre-diabetic to normal. I'm not watching my carbs but I am trying to eat more fiber and keep sugar down.

Kinda fell off the wagon this month. My personal life is very stressed right now, and I've packed on almost 10 lb. I'd lost. I also seem to be having problems with my metformin dose, as my blood sugar is dropping lower than it should more frequently, which I have to fix with eating. I'm also depressed a bit so not moving…

I use the meditation app Calm a LOT. I listen to a sleep story most nights, bits of wisdom, and especially meditations to well... calm myself.

Keeping up with the November Down Dog challenge. 4 days of chair yoga! I had to disable standing for the last two day because I pulled something and had a cramp in the glute area. My nutrition has improved the last few days, but my calories have gone up! I need to work on that.

Dairy free yesterday, skipped cheese on my burger, my latte was made with oatmilk. I dropped 2 lb. overnight, my stomach is less bloated than yesterday, I woke up without nausea, my digestion is happy, and my skin cleared up some. Day 1 of the Down Dog November challenge down! I only am able to do 15 minutes of chair yoga so far, but I definitely felt some glute and hip flexor action happening!

Finally over being sick, but I must have vastly underestimated my calories. In the 3 weeks I was sick, I jumped 9 lb.! I am stressed and getting over sick atm and I've been catching myself eating my emotions the last few days. Trying to use meditation to relax a bit. I'm going to also try some chair yoga. This may be the sick but I am rocking back and forth between not eating and eating EVERYTHING.

I would try looking at groups, that's what I ended up doing. Finding one you vibe with is very individual. Since we aren't getting friend updates in our feeds anymore, groups in the forum provide more feedback.
