Keeping up with the November Down Dog challenge. 4 days of chair yoga! I had to disable standing for the last two day because I pulled something and had a cramp in the glute area. My nutrition has improved the last few days, but my calories have gone up! I need to work on that.

Finally over being sick, but I must have vastly underestimated my calories. In the 3 weeks I was sick, I jumped 9 lb.! I am stressed and getting over sick atm and I've been catching myself eating my emotions the last few days. Trying to use meditation to relax a bit. I'm going to also try some chair yoga. This may be the sick but I am rocking back and forth between not eating and eating EVERYTHING.

I don't seem my progress lately, especially since I gained a few pounds back. I just see a blob. And I gained 8 pounds in two weeks. I would try looking at groups, that's what I ended up doing. Finding one you vibe with is very individual. Since we aren't getting friend updates in our feeds anymore, groups in the forum provide more feedback.

If nothing else, when I sleep well I have the energy to move around more and more resistance to bad eating. When I've slept badly, I tend to be a turtle, and prone to overeating.

My most used emojis! 😛 😁 😼 In less fun news, I ate my calories, but had 100 calories more than the day before, less salt, more water, and gained almost 3 lb. overnight. And I get weighed by a doctor today. I have no idea what I did wrong. Gonna go scream into the ether.

I am up a pound, but I am trying not to get concerned about it. I'm still below my last plateau weight. Honestly, I also had too much salt and too little water yesterday, so I need to accept this as the natural result. It doesn't hurt that I swear my face looks thinner today!

Had a scale victory and a non-scale victory today. I finally hit my mini-goal of 210 lb. My new mini-goal is 200! And my size 18 pants are starting to fall off if I don't cinch them tightly enough!

I'm on a downward trend this week, down to 211.6. I'm so close to my mini-goal of 210! What type of exercise gear do you workout in? I generally wear a pair of shorts, a sturdy bra, lace up sneakers, sports socks, and a t-shirt.
