What type of protein are you looking for? I am currently using Iso-100 (hydrolyzed whey) and must say it is the best I’ve had. Flavors are good, mixes and tastes well with water (creamy). Also I’ve had acne issues in the past with other powders, like the first 2 wks I would break out......not the case with Iso100. Could be…

Well from my personal experience, the longer I keep it out of my diet, the more I want it. I always ended up binging hard and then making it a daily/regular snack. Let yourself have a piece every now and then. It will calm the mind and stomach

For the past 7-10 years, 245-255 seems to be my range. I've worked hard, but 245 is as low as I go. That was working out 4 times a week, in a 500-600 calorie deficit, getting proper sleep and eating healthier. I tried cutting more calories, but it made me feel so weak and I had a hard time thinking and focusing. So yes, I…

Try it out for a week or two. If you don't see results, then try reducing it 100 more calories.

Cadbury Creme Eggs!!!!! Or anything chocolate. Not a fan of Peeps or jelly beans

I think 250 calories is a pretty good estimate. It's definitely tough sometimes. As long as you aren't always eating out and making inaccurate calculations, you will be fine. And also......don't let some of these "non-helpful" comments get to you. It's not worth it.

I always change the number MFP suggests, and underestimate it just to be safe.

When I was lifting a lot and trying to get "big", i would always eat back my calories. Muscles need fuel, plain and simple. I was eating around 200-210 grams of protein per day (6'4" 275-280 lbs at that time) and about 100g were protein shakes. I could definitely tell that my muscles were getting larger in mass. I was…

Used MFP for like a year and a half and was successful (lost 35 lbs). Took a year and a half off and gained 12 lbs. Now I'm back at it. Age: 30 Height: 6'4" SW:262lbs CW: 259lbs GW: 250lbs. Best advice I have is to get active, don't quit, don't lie or cheat, and eat better.

Is it bad that I'm a little impressed by this? I can barely finish a whole donut.[/quote] Haha not at all!!! Thanks, I guess. It was a lot harder than I thought. Thankfully, Im back on MFP and being good.

January of this year, I ate a dozen dunkin donuts in an hour............I had a bad habit of getting 2 donuts everytime I went to get my haircut. This one day, something took over my brain and told me to get a dozen. 2 boston creams, 2 managers specials, 2 jelly filled apple crumb, 2 powdered custard filled, 2 strawberry…

2 pieces of toast, topped with 1/2 cup of cottage cheese (1/4 cup per slice) topped with 2 eggs. Eat it like an open faced sandwich.

This is what worked for me......... I stopped eating at 6 or 7pm( Stopping all eating at this time put my body in like a 11-12 hr fasting period til my next meal) Final meal= Shake. Had solids the rest of the day, but make sure that final meal is just liquid. And of course be in some sort of caloric deficit. Oh and try to…

Thanks. Just curious. I have family members that used Weight Watchers and they don't have to count fruits and veggies. I still stay in a deficit daily, so I don't think it makes too much of a difference for me. This is my second go round with MFP.
