  • I know its hard, I have 100 I want to lose. I.started Jan 5 and began MFP a few weeks later. I have lost 14 lbs and just trying to get eating in check before I get back into exercise. I am trying to stay at 1330 cal. A day and some days are really hard. Good luck on your journey!
  • I am using Wonderslim pudding shakes from Bariatric choice. I havent had surgery, I buy the shakes for meal replacement when Im in a rush. The strawberry is so good, I add some.frozen strawberrys and a frozen banana as well so good and filling. 100 cal (without added fruit) 1.5 g of fat Carbs 7 Sugar 2g Protein 15 g
