  • Vodka with diet 7up, diet coke or soda water and splash of cordial. double shot in a pint glass with ice bout 110cals and you won't drink as fast either and tastes unreal. That's the best your possibly going to get really. It's the next day that becomes a cheat day is the problem to me do haha
  • I'd add in around 200-300 cals that day, mainly getting those calories from whole carbs like oats, small banana, or wholegrain rice to prevent you burning out, I'd also have a moderate to high carb meal and creatine the night before to replenish glycogen while you sleep so your not starting the day on empty
  • The cottage cheese, beef medallions, 5-10% mince, Turkey steaks, salads, speciality orange juice, tuna are all as good as anywhere and cost less that other chains.
  • Breakfast sandwiches that are pre made aren't exactly the most tasteful things in general really so Imo you got what you'd expect. The mozzarella in the liquid pack is usually decent. Go do a proper shop and see what you think then the foods actually decent and a lot of healthy options
