  • I just got a UA Band and because I want to keep track of my steps. I don't like using a step counter on my phone because I do not always carry it on me. This is at least one tiny step to fitness. These things are not the be all or end all for health, but they can sometimes make things a little better for others.
  • Looking for me friends to help keep me going. Just found out I have type 2 diabetes and need to stick with a healthier diet and lose 30 pounds I'm the next 3 months at the very least. Was recently divorce so I am kind of starting my life all over again and need a new support base.
  • My wife and I both have trikes as I have back problems and she has balance issues. Just keep going a little more each time. It just takes pushing a little bit more every time you go out.
  • I deliberately walk the long way through the halls of the school where I work. That seems to help me get an extra 3K each day. Lately I have taken to walking to work as well since I do not live that far away.
