  • Hi, I am Dusty, I am hoping this will be a great source of inspiration. I really need to get healthier, move more, and get my weight to a healthier number. I have been tracking my miles since the beginning of the year and they indeed could be better.
  • I am doing the same. I would recommend making sure your Flex is charged. Follow all the steps to set up your Flex. It will give an you opportunity to connect it to My Fitness Pal. When finished, log onto MFP and check for apps and devices. If you see it there you are already to go.
