Yeah eating better food that isn't full of sugars salt and processed will definitely make you feel better. Also drinking more water and less sugar drinks will help. The scale goes down with smarter food choices. It's a struggle at first but youll be proud when you over come it. Be strong minded determined and stay focused.…

Cut calories and take more protein it will tone you up more. Do 15 20 minutes hiit cardio followed by weight training and 1gram protein for every pound of body weight. Less carbs

First 86 soda. In my mind I'd rather eat my calories then drink them. 1 can of coke 150 cals 1 chicken breast 150 cals it's a no brainer. Also take protein. It's easier to keep going then to quit and start over. Good luck
