It hasnt gotten eaiser for me, I have just learned how to handle myself better. I love potato chips! LOVE them. And I love to dip them in ranch. He is not the one trying to change his eating habits. If I werent trying to watch my weight I would be eating that stuff too. Unless he is getting enough for you and forces you to eat it, its not sabotage. Its you wanting the food.

I drink a lot of water. I mostly watch my calories and not too much else. I don't salt everything like I use too. I log everything I eat or drink. I lost about 50 just watching what I was eating and it came off in about 5 months. I am in month 6 now and the weight seems to be coming off slower so I have started exercising…

I am normally exercising because I have surpassed my calorie intake. So normally I consume all my exercise calories, sometimes when I am feeling SPUNKY...Ill excersise a little more so I can have calories left over.

I'm 5'6. I have a medium to large build. My starting weight was 275. My current weight is 219. My goal weight isnt set in stone yet. I really just want to get under 200 pounds and then I will go from there. I have it set at 185 but that could change with what I look and feel like.

A whole bag of potato chips with ranch. Half a pizza. A carton of ice cream. I could easily sit down and eat a pan of brownies of a tray of cookies of a giant cake. :smokin: These days, I try not too buy anthing that I know I cant stop myself from eating.
