Chrissy 37 years old 5'6" CW: 174.4 LBS GW: 165 LBS Goals this month - 4 Cleanse Days (Isagenix - I buy the cleanse but do not like the shakes). Get down to 170 at month end. I am going on a week vacation with the family in July, but am going to try to watch what I eat.
