I have noticed on my digital scale that I sometimes need to weigh 2-3 times so that the scale calibrates because it needs to adjust to the surface. It has been a big difference in numbers! FYI in case that might be the issue for you as well.

Do you think you can count calories forever? I know I couldn't so I am doing a low carb lifestyle.
