Weight watchers do a great range of yogurts & deserts & taste good too. ☺

I work shifts including nights & do the above too.

For me it's "No excuses!" Keeps me going even when i'm tired, fed up, stressed or just not feeling motivated. A session at the gym or a class soon gets me back on track. :)

For me it's listening to great music and going to classes, just wanting to try and keep up with everyone helps.

I work both day and night shifts and stick to a 24 hour period as I find it works best for me. The only thing I struggle with is the day I finish nights as I always feel really hungry and stuggle to keep within my calorie limit.

It can be a real struggle to get back into being good & getting motivated again, especially when stress is involved. It can do funny things to a person. You have done it once I am sure that you can do it again. Good luck with your journey. :-)

Please don't get discouraged. It's not an easy journey but you will get there. Just keep up with the exercise & logging everything. Everyone has bad days/ weeks.

I did it once I am determined to do it again. Just want to get healthy & look good again. I have a couple of nice dresses that I'd love to get back into as well. Still have another 10kg to go before I'll be happy. :-)

Just take each day at a time. I don't deny myself the odd treat now and again cos I'd go mad otherwise! I now find going to the gym helps too, especially if I am feeling frustrated.

I find if I'm off work it's usually boredom that kicks in. I am trying to drink more water and if I have to snack having a piece of fruit like a banana or raisins. Usual works. :)

I only weigh my self weekly, as I don't think I would see much of a change doing it daily.

Have a lovely dress that I bought 2 years ago for a wedding. Really want to get back into it by april for my sister's graduation.

I will only allow myself to eat a little over what I am supposed to eat if I have exercised. I have also noticed this site tends to overestimate how many calories burned. Good luck with your journey.

I work shifts both day and night and agree its hard. I find when I'm on nights that I will eat dinner before I start. I then take what I would have for lunch with me for my break to keep me going. I then have breakfast when I get home before going to sleep. I try and avoid naughty trears which is definitely easier said…

This is my second time of doing this & it's reassuring to know im not on my own. I really need to loose 10kg. Think im going to have be strict with myself & stick to the calorie limit & make time to enter it onto the app. GOOD LUCK Everyone!
