  • I know exactly how you feel. I gained a lot and lost it all to net almost 0 over the last week, but I feel better. It's hard to explain, but I just don't feel as groggy as I did before I started focusing on this challenge. I hope you can push off the frustration and keep going!! Good luck this week!
  • Thanks!! this week I'm eating a slow cooker tex-mex chicken meal over rice. Plenty of protein in the beans and chicken and tastes so good! Last week was a spinach lasagna roll for lunch all week. I'll probably do salads next week... Or soups because it's so cold here!
