Maybe I'm just not being clear at 3am lol. Thank you for pointing out that I had BMR and TDEE confused. The only point I was trying to make could have probably been simplified by saying: "I lose more efficiently and effectively by eating more than 1200 calories. Your mileage may vary." ;)
