I did the 30 day plank challenge last winter, and can easily do 2 minutes now, which i think is awesome. so i do 3 x 2 min planks a day, plus some side planks which i hold for a minute. I mouth wash twice a day for 60 seconds and have combined this with holding a squat!! ha ha! multi-tasking at its finest!!

I love my cardio, I try and do an hour a day fast pace walking, maybe a bit of jogging in there. Abs and core strength training at home on the mat, as well as keeping under my calorie goal for the day. Bit by bit. Not expecting fast results, I am expecting results :-)

Awesome !! Great job ! It's a journey! Bit by bit. I am 5'6'', and started the year with 172lbs, I am now 166lbs just by following MFP, going to the gym every day (I have a job that has a gym!! Score!) and youtube abs workouts in my room. I am also aiming for the 130lbs mark ! :-)

That's a great idea! Follow an abs 10 min a day program as well. there are lots on youtube to follow. bellys are the worse! keep at it !
