I just went for a fitness evaluation tonight and I was told to stop eating 2 hours before bed as your body does not break down the food as quickly while sleeping. I'm going to give it a try to see if it makes a difference.

I'm 45 and need to lose about 25lbs…would love 30, but 25lbs is my goal. I work out at least 5 times a week, but I seem to sabotage all my efforts on the weekends. Would definitely like a group of folks to give and receive support.
