  • Quick trip on the treadmill this AM - better than nothing but boy did I have to push myself to do it. The sunshine over the weekend spoiled me. Why does 3 miles indoor seem to take twice as long as 3 miles outdoors? Happy Monday!

  • Sunshine and 57 deg in Michigan today! Finally ran with only one layer. Very wet feet (snow melt) but generally a nice 3.55 mile run around town. I could get used to this...please, no more snowy days!

  • It is so nice to find some Garmin fans here! I am loving my Vivoactive. My Connect ID is jstafaz. I started working on my fitness goals on January 6th and am trying hard not to lose motivation.
  • Managed to get a 3 mile run in and eat an apple afterward - resisting the usual siren call of a post run caramel macchiato!
